Access to software - We do not provide free PCLaw licences or copies. To fully benefit from this course, it is best that you have your own access to PCLaw. Access to PCLaw is necessary to complete various practice exercises.

Regional Specificity - Please be aware that certain course material, particularly in Module 2, includes content that is specific to the region of Ontario, Canada. This includes Law Society guidelines and CRA references. If you are practising outside of Ontario, it is your responsibility to consider and account for any differences in laws, bylaws, or regulations in your region.

Refund Policy (On-Demand Course) - We have a refund policy in place under the following conditions:

    Refund requests must be made within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Upon refund approval, access to downloadable materials or course content will be revoked.

    Refunds may be subject to a processing fee as specified by our credit card processing company.

    We reserve the right to deny refund requests, ban user accounts, or restrict access to our services. This includes situations where a significant portion of the content has been consumed.

Refund Policy (Live Course) - Due to the live and interactive nature of this course, our refund policy differs from typical on-demand training.
